The La Petite Epicerie Saigon jam is based on an old family recipe that has been passed on for generations. The jam is cooked with great care in small copper cauldrons, brought over from France, to keep the taste of home cooking and at the same time capturing the rich flavours and colours of Vietnam.
With a fresh fruit content of 60% and a final sugar level of 55% our jam is less sweet than many other brands. We only use natural local ingredients and never add any preservatives colouring or flavours. Cooked in copper cauldron only in small batches to keep the real taste of fruit, our jams are proudly made in Vietnam with our French know-how.
