SALES ADMIN (HCM)

Responsibility

Be the support of the Sales with our Customer

Job Description

  • Receive order from customers.

  • Follow up order internally.

  • Key in Order in system.

  • Confirm order to customers or inform if issues.

  • Send order to Warehouse.

  • Manage contracts with customers / suppliers (scan / order) and inform other departments (accounting/warehouse).

  • Reply to prospect/customer on Facebook.

  • Inform customers about company policy.

  • Support for supplier needs.

  • Update Mapping Daily for Sales

  • Other tasks assigned by Sales Director.
